These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, https://testprepfornurses.com/, including any subdomains, services, or applications (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to:

• Use the Service for lawful purposes only.
• Provide accurate information when registering or using features like practice tests.
• Not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access.
• Not copy, distribute, or modify content without permission.

2. Account Registration

Some features, such as CNA or NCLEX practice tests, require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and notifying us at testprepfornurses@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Payments

We offer free practice tests and paid premium subscriptions that unlock the full question banks, timed simulators, flashcards, and other premium features. Our products are digital online services. If you purchase a subscription:

• Pricing and currency. All prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Current plans and prices are displayed on our Pricing page and at checkout before you confirm payment.
• Free trial. Paid plans may begin with a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and the payment method on file will be charged the then-current plan price.
• Recurring billing and auto-renewal. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) and automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for each renewal.
• How to cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at testprepfornurses@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of the current paid period.
• Payment processing. Payments are processed by our secure third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details; that information is handled by Stripe under its own terms and security standards.
• Failed payments and price changes. If a charge fails, we may suspend premium access until payment is resolved. We may change prices or plan features on a prospective basis; we will notify you of material changes before they take effect, and continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our products are digital services delivered immediately upon purchase, all payments are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated here. We want you to be satisfied: if you believe you were charged in error, were unexpectedly billed after a free trial, or are otherwise dissatisfied, contact us at testprepfornurses@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith and may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion. Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including practice tests, study guides, and logos, is owned by Test Prep for Nurses LLC or our licensors. You may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is prohibited.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harm others or violate their rights.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service’s functionality.
• Attempt to access restricted areas or data without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that practice tests will ensure exam success or that the Service will be error-free. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Test Prep for Nurses LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or profits.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violating these Terms or for other reasons, such as legal compliance. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post updates on this page and indicate the “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
